Matthew 5:16

In the same way, let your  light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.

This verse has been engraved in my mind since I was a kid. In bible school we sang a little song about not hiding our light under a bushel. As a young adult I find myself looking at myself and nonbelievers and asking myself " do we look any different?". Sometimes we get so caught up in living of the world. We need to take a step back and realize that this world is dark with sin and as Christians we need to shine. We can't keep christ to ourselves, we need to share the light of Christ to all nations.
